Choose the desired book from the library shelves during the Ukrainian Club's working hours or on the website.

Contact a club volunteer to borrow a book for a period of up to one calendar month. A deposit of 20 euros is required, which will be returned to you when you return the book to the library. If you need more time to read the book, please contact a club volunteer to request an extension. If the book is not returned by the end of the calendar month without any explanation, your deposit will be used to purchase a new book for the library.
Permanent club volunteers can borrow books without a deposit.

The club volunteer registers each new reader in the registration book—recording their first and last name, phone number, and email. Each reader will also be registered as a user of the Stichting Oekraïense Club Library on the website https://oekraienseclub.librarika.com —you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration.

It is possible to read books in the Ukrainian Club premises without a deposit. The book must be returned to its place after reading as a mandatory condition.
